Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you don’t see these emails, check your spam folder.
Processing & Shipping Time
Orders require 1-5 business days for processing before shipping.
Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.
For example, if your shipping method states 8-10 business days, this does not include the processing time.
Shipping & Tracking
We partner with reliable couriers and provide tracking information via email.
- Tracking updates may take 1-4 days to appear after shipment.
 - While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.
 
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to multiple countries.
 - Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
 - Customs delays may occur, and My Soothe Lab is not responsible for additional fees or lost/stolen packages.
 
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, contact us immediately.
- We will work with the courier to investigate the issue, but once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
 
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, non-response to delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the courier does not guarantee return to sender.
In such cases, My Soothe Lab cannot issue a refund. Please contact us if you need to arrange a return instead of refusing delivery.
