Order Confirmation:

You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once shipped. Check your spam folder if you don’t see these.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, then shipped. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Tracking:
We partner with reliable couriers and provide tracking info via email. Tracking updates may take 1-4 days to appear. We aim for timely delivery, but delays outside our control (e.g., weather, customs) may occur.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customs delays can occur, and My Soothe Lab isn’t responsible for any additional fees or lost/stolen packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, contact us. We'll work with the courier to resolve it, but we’re not responsible once the courier confirms delivery.

Returns & Cancellations:
Customers cover return shipping costs. See our refund policy for details. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being fraudulent.
